Revit 2015 Update Release 13 and Revit 2016 R2 Update 3 have both been released.
User can get the R2 version of UR 13 and Update 3 either from the Autodesk Desktop App, or by going to manage.autodesk.com and searching the downloads under the BDS or Revit products.
We should be strongly suggesting you install these updates as they address potential data fidelity issues in Collaboration for Revit among other things.
