Compatibility between Autodesk InfraWorks 360 and Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D for 2016 and 2017

I have different versions of Autodesk InfraWorks 360 and AutoCAD Civil 3D installed on my computer. One is from the 2017 product line, and the other is from 2016. Can I still exchange data between the two applications?
