Miller Electric Company used Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the build of Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, a nine-story treatment facility in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Using the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Collection, Miller Electric Company used an integrated set of software to design, engineer, and prefabricate electrical systems for just-in-time delivery to the job site. The team also used Schneider Electric’s Revit MEP plug-in, LayoutFAST, to integrate electric products directly into their 3D models, increasing efficiency and improving constructability.
