Some time ago a wrote a series of articles regarding the benefits of using cloud-based collaborative workflows ('Maximise Your Profit Margins With Design Collaboration').
These articles addressed a direct connection between a revit, workshared model and the cloud (C4R). But what if your model isn't workshared? In the past, this meant having to manually drag & drop the revit file onto the BIM 360 Team project.
Now, Autodesk has developped the 'desktop connector': a direct integration between desktop and cloud and not only for revit files: any file saved to the local desktop connector environment will be uploaded to the cloud.
This means it becomes easier to manage your project files and share them with the project team!
