Autodesk Vault is a great tool to manage design data within a company. But how would you go about sharing specific information with the wider audience and to get feedback from them?
Vault now comes with 'shared views', which is a direct connection to the BIM 360 online viewer. It essentially means we can define a view to be shared, which then gets uploaded to the LMV (Large Model Viewer).
All that is needed then, is to share the URL to our external partners. They can then review the document and make markups and comments to it.
Finally these comments will also pop-up in the vault explorer window, which can then be used to fine-tune our design.
