Have you heard about the Health Dashboard? This is definitely a tool that merits adding a bookmark to your web browser, now that InfraWorks is on the list.
In a nutshell, Autodesk’s health dashboard reports the current status of Autodesk’s cloud based or connected services. So, if you want to check whether a problem you are experiencing in InfraWorks is related to an outage, or when planned maintenance is scheduled, just head over to health.autodesk.com
