Anyone who attends BILT would know that the biggest benefits from BIM and new technologies are not for the design team or even the contractors. Clients have the most to gain from implementing digital technologies and many are starting to see the benefits of having a ‘digital twin’ asset. Its great to see clients are not only recognising the benefits of BIM but, thanks to our community, are also now sharing their experiences as speakers as BILT. Last year, we had a number of clients presenting including the University of South Australia and Kmart, and this year we are very pleased to see this trend continuing.
