2018 FIRST Robotics PNW Championship
Several thousand people packed the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland Oregon this weekend for the 2018 FIRST Robotics PNW Championship. Teams from Alaska, Oregon, and Washington

Autodesk was the main sponsor for the event with 64 high school teams competing where they designed, built, programmed and then competed on a field in alliances of 3 teams for points and working together.

Autodesk had several volunteers and an epic pit area that included design competitions using Inventor and Fusion 360, a UFO booth giving away goodies, a green screen for fun photos, an arcade featuring 6 arcade style machines with our high school intern developed game simulation Synthesis FIRST running, and a very popular bean bag area for students to relax and network and 8 bit music playing.
