ALLPLAN Sets Up New Office Across the Pond

BIM software company ALLPLAN has added a new office in Pennsylvania—its first outside of Europe.
ALLPLAN, noted for its BIM-oriented CAD software for construction and engineering projects, announced its new location on June 7. The office—located in West Chester, Pa.—will cover the North American market, as well as parts of the South American market.
The company has already chosen a leadership team for the location. “The opening of the U.S. office is an amazing opportunity, and I’m glad to be part of such an innovative company at the forefront of digitizing the AEC market,” Simon Slater, the new American SVP of marketing, said in a statement. “Having spent many years in software for the construction industry, it is great to deliver a comprehensive solution portfolio that provides powerful tools for all stages in the life cycle of a building to a market with such a potential.”
The move comes a little over a year after ALLPLAN announced its new UK office, the first located outside of Continental Europe.
