It is a great sign to see in the construction industry. I seen this inclusive sign yesterday during a visit to Factory_OS in Vallejo California.

when I posted this photo to Twitter @shaanHurley I got some replies saying it should have been now People at Work. I think People at Work would be great, but I personally believe this sign was intentionally including Women included in the sign wording.
