In this video, you will learn how to create Sweeps in Revit. Sweeps are exactly like extrusions except for one thing. Instead of only determining the length of the extrusion, you are able to create a path that the profile will follow. While you can create your own path, you are also able to pick 3D edges of other model elements in your p project. Depending on the type of element, these sweeps can easily be updated based on the element’s edges they are using. Both of these types of paths are covered in this video. Also, note that profiles loaded into your project can easily be used as the profile of your sweep.
