- Keep your family/work separate except on regulated breaks. Don’t let your family dictate when you get them in case you are in a meeting
- Find a quiet place and only use that place for work. Don’t use that space for browsing the web later. Work when you are in that space and don’t work when you are not
- Start your day a little earlier if you have family so you can focus 100%
