Autodesk has recognized the past year has had many challenges with not being able to work in our offices and being remote, so they have been giving employees a day off. It isn’t just a day off, but better as the company shuts for a day so that you don’t have more emails and work waiting when you get back. It was a chance to recharge and I used to to get outside and enjoy some summer paddle boarding and swimming with friends.
Here was what I did with my Friday, Autodesk day off. SUP paddle boarding the Deschutes River. I sent two more paddle trips over the weekend since the wildfire smoke had cleared and the weather was nice.
