Back in September last year, Naviate Rebar was launched on the Revit 2023 platform as a replacement for the original Naviate Rebar Extension. The ethos and vision of Naviate Rebar was not to simply recreate the tools from the original Naviate Rebar Extension, but to completely rethink how reinforcement can be placed and revised efficiently whilst integrating with the latest Revit technologies. A common feature of the new framework is the storage of rebar named settings and the placement of rebar constraints. Additionally, multiple members can be reinforced simultaneously greatly increasing productivity in large reinforcement schemes. These features allow the reinforcement to adapt to change and make rebar placement quick and easy.
