The View Range dialog looks complicated but most of the time what you need to set is simple.
– In plan view, adjust Cut Plane and Bottom values.
– In ceiling view, adjust Cut Plane and Top values.
– Set the view depth to the same value as Bottom in plan view and Top in ceiling view.
That’s it really. For 90% users, that’s all you need to know.
